She manages Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensures all Activities of Daily Living (ADL) tasks are properly charted, documented, and carried out with precision. Her attention to detail, team management, and clinical oversight ensure high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
Beyond the healthcare field, Shaquita is also a passionate athlete. She played semi-professional volleyball, competed in the Junior Olympics during high school, and continued to play while serving in the military—showcasing her lifelong dedication to discipline, teamwork, and excellence both on and off the court.
